- Preferences: cookie consent choice and session flags (e.g. trial banner) stored in your browser.

- To respond to trial sign-up requests and onboarding.

Sign-up enquiries are kept only as long as needed for the trial and our records, then deleted or anonymised unless we must retain them for legal reasons.
