Accessibility statement

These documents apply to Rush Minda Hub and the websites and services operated under rushmind.co.uk (“we”, “us”). They are provided as a practical template and do not constitute legal advice. Have them reviewed by a qualified solicitor before relying on them in production.

Rush Minda Hub is committed to making https://rushmind.co.uk usable by as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technologies.

1. Standards

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA for new and updated core journeys (navigation, authentication, catalogue, lesson playback controls, checkout where applicable). Legacy content and third-party embeds may not yet fully meet every criterion.

2. Known limitations

Video programmes may vary in captions coverage; community and real-time chat can be harder to moderate for accessibility. Some coach-uploaded PDFs or downloads may not be fully accessible until remediated.

3. Feedback & assistance

If you cannot access any part of rushmind.co.uk, or need information in a different format, please contact support@rushmind.co.uk. We will work with you to provide a reasonable alternative where we can.

4. Enforcement

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing certain accessibility regulations in the UK. See equalityhumanrights.com.
