Getting started

What is Rush Minda Hub?
Rush Minda Hub is a learning platform where you follow structured programs (modules and lessons), practise with quizzes, join live events, and connect with others in the community. Everything is accessed through your account on rushmind.co.uk.
How do I create an account?
Use the “Join free” or Register option on the homepage, enter your details, and confirm you agree to our terms and privacy policy. You'll use the same login for the learner web app and (where enabled) related features.
Do I need anything special to watch lessons?
An up-to-date browser (recent Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge), a stable internet connection, and—for some media—a device that meets basic playback requirements. See individual program pages if there are prerequisites.

Learning & programmes

Will my progress save automatically?
When you're enrolled and signed in, lesson progress updates as you use the lesson page. Finish the activity or navigate using the lesson controls so the system can record where you stopped.
Can I download videos to watch offline?
Unless a specific programme expressly offers downloads (for example for mobile apps), content is streamed for authorised users only and may not be copied or shared. See our terms for redistribution rules.
How do quizzes and certificates work?
Quizzes help reinforce lessons. Certificates or completions—where offered—appear according to programme rules shown in-app. Coaches and admins configure what's awarded.
Are programmes dripping or time-released?
Some curricula unlock over time depending on programme settings and your enrolment rules. Lesson pages will tell you what's available now.

Community & events

How does the community feed work?
You can browse and participate in discussions about topics the platform enables. Respectful behaviour applies; moderation may hide or remove posts that violate our acceptable use policies.
How do live events run?
You register from the Events area when enrolment opens. Timing, refunds, or rescheduling follow the event listing and our refund policy where applicable.
Where do I report abusive behaviour?
Contact support@rushmind.co.uk with your account email, screenshots or links where possible, and approximate time—we'll investigate.

Subscriptions & refunds

Where are payment and refund rules?
Paid access is outlined at checkout on rushmind.co.uk. Cooling-off periods and cancellations for UK consumers are described in our Refund & cancellation policy.
Who processes my payment?
Typically a certified processor such as Stripe handles card data; Rush Minda Hub usually receives limited billing metadata, not your full card number.

Coaches & creators

I deliver content on Rush Minda Hub—what applies to me?
The Coach & creator agreement covers uploading material, royalties or revenue shares, moderation, and your responsibilities alongside the general terms.
