This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases made through https://rushmind.co.uk. It works with our Terms & conditions.
1. Consumer rights (UK)
If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have a 14-day right to cancel certain distance contracts, subject to exceptions when digital content is supplied immediately with your agreement and you acknowledge losing the cancellation right. At checkout we will present applicable notices in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. Subscriptions
- You may cancel future renewals from your account or billing portal where available; access typically continues until the end of the paid period.
- Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees already charged for elapsed subscription periods are generally non-refundable.
- If we materially reduce features you paid for mid-term without replacement, contact support@rushmind.co.uk and we will consider a good-faith resolution (credit or partial refund).
3. One-time purchases & bundles
Unless a product page states a satisfaction guarantee or trial, one-time purchases of digital programmes are generally non-refundable after access has been granted, except where the law requires otherwise or access failed through our fault (for example systemic outage preventing streaming for an extended period). Contact support with specifics.
4. Events & live sessions
Paid live events may have their own cancellation windows shown at registration. If Rush Minda Hub cancels an event, we will refund or rebook as described in the confirmation email from rushmind.co.uk.
5. Chargebacks & abuse
Raising an unjustified chargeback may lead to suspension of access. We will cooperate with card networks and provide evidence where appropriate.
6. How to request help
Email support@rushmind.co.uk from the address on your Rush Minda Hub account, including your order or subscription reference if you have one. We aim to respond within a few business days.
