1. Who we are
Rush Minda Hub operates the websites, applications, and related online services accessed through https://rushmind.co.uk and authorised subdomains (together, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
2. Related policies
Together with these terms, the following apply and are incorporated by reference:
- Privacy Policy — how we use personal data at rushmind.co.uk.
- Refund Policy — cancellations, cooling-off where applicable, and subscription rules.
- Security information — account safety and reporting concerns.
- Accessibility statement — how we approach inclusive design.
- FAQ — informal answers about how rushmind.co.uk works (not legal advice).
- If you create or deliver content on Rush Minda Hub as a coach or partner, the Coach & creator agreement also applies to you.
3. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to data processing, whichever is higher.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password and devices secure. Tell us immediately at support@rushmind.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
4. What we provide
Rush Minda Hub offers access to learning programs, media, community features, quizzes, live or scheduled events, chat or messaging features, and related tools (the “Services”). We may add, change, or withdraw features; where a paid entitlement is materially reduced, our Refund Policy describes how we will treat that.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, redistribute, sell, lease, or publicly perform Site content or Services except as we expressly allow in writing or as required for normal personal use within your account.
- Circumvent technical measures that protect content (including access controls, streaming limits, or download restrictions), or help others do so.
- Use the Site to harass, threaten, defame, discriminate, or post unlawful, obscene, or infringing material.
- Upload malware, probe or stress our systems without permission, or interfere with other users’ access.
- Misrepresent your identity, impersonate Rush Minda Hub staff or coaches, or send spam.
- Use automated means to access the Site in bulk without our consent (except public search engines indexing public pages where we allow it).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules or pose risk to the community. See section 10.
6. User content
Where you post text, images, or other materials (“User Content”), you retain ownership subject to the licence you grant us: a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, moderate, adapt format, and distribute your User Content as needed to operate and improve the Services at rushmind.co.uk. You confirm you have the rights to grant this licence.
We may remove User Content that violates these terms or applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
Except for User Content and third-party materials we are licensed to use, Rush Minda Hub and its licensors own the Site and Services, including branding, software, curriculum structure, artwork, and media. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the Services for your own learning in line with your subscription or purchase.
8. Fees & payments
Paid products are billed as described at checkout on rushmind.co.uk. Taxes may apply. Payment processing may be handled by third parties (for example Stripe); their terms also apply where relevant. Billing disputes and refund rights are covered in our Refund Policy.
9. Third parties & links
The Site may link to third-party websites or integrations. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use of embedded video, calendar, or auth providers may involve their own terms.
10. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if we must comply with law, or if we reasonably need to protect users or our operations. Some sections survive termination where it makes sense (for example, IP, disclaimers, limits of liability).
11. Disclaimers
The Services and content are provided for education and personal development. They are not medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Coaching and community discussion do not create a professional duty of care beyond what we expressly agree in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, Rush Minda Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of rushmind.co.uk.
Where we are liable, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Services in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Rush Minda Hub in that period for the Service giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred British pounds (£100), except where prohibited by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rush Minda Hub against claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your breach of these terms, or your misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
14. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
15. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on rushmind.co.uk with a revised “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will use reasonable means to notify you (for example email or an in-app notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
