• Email: transactional provider (e.g. Postmark, Mailgun, Amazon SES, Resend)
• Media storage: S3-compatible object storage (e.g. AWS S3, Cloudflare R2)
• Observability (optional): Sentry or similar error monitoring
• Realtime chat: Node.js Socket.IO service deployed alongside the PHP app
